Can I change plans anytime? Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or toggle add-ons at any time. Billing adjustments are handled automatically.
What happens if I cancel? Your site stays live until the end of your billing period. After that, it goes offline but your data is preserved for a reasonable period.
Who handles payments? All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, tax compliance, and receipts.
Do you offer refunds? We offer a generous 14-day free trial so you can try before you pay. After subscribing, we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.
